Employment relationships can be terminated by mutual consent without observing a notice period by means of a termination agreement. I advise and represent employees and employers in the amicable termination of employment relationships.
The following points in particular can be regulated in the termination agreement:
- Termination of the employment relationship by mutual consent and termination date
- Wage payment obligations of the employer
- If applicable, further compensation by the employer (e.g. bonus, etc.)

- Compensation for holidays not taken (if no garden leave)
- Employee’s duty to work
- Employee’s leave of absence (holidays are considered taken during garden leave)
- Outplacement of the employee
- Employee’s duty of return
- Employee’s duty of confidentiality
- Non-competition (agreement or waiver)
