Termination of employment

I advise and represent employees and employers on terminating the employment relationship and in disputes arising from the termination as well as on termination agreements.

If a dispute arises in connection with the termination of the employment relationship, I support employees and employers in finding a fair solution.

If an amicable solution cannot be reached, I also represent employees and employers in asserting or defending their claims in court.
