Collection and processing of personal data

The Law Firm Moor collects and processes personal data which is provided in the context of client enquiries (telephone, email, contact form), business relationships with clients as well as other business partners and other persons involved. Without this data, the establishment and implementation of a business relationship and the fulfilment of contracts is not possible.

Accessing the website

For the statistical evaluation of accesses to this website, logs (log files) are used by the provider who operates the website. The following information is automatically transmitted by the browser, recorded and stored in logs until automatically deleted:

  • IP address of the requesting computer;
  • Date and time of access;
  • Name and URL of the file accessed;
  • Website from which the access was made (referrer URL);
  • Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of the computer as well as the name of the access provider.

This data is not merged with other data (personal data).

Contact form

Enquiries made with the contact form on the website contain the contact and other data entered by the interested party. The data is transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS) and stored and processed for the purpose of processing the enquiry and contacting the interested party. This data will not be passed on without consent. Use of the contact form for data transmission is considered consent to data processing.

Complaints: Provided your place of residence or registered office is in the EU or in an EEA state, you can lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority against the processing of your personal data.
