Under certain conditions, building craftsmen can have a building craftsmen’s lien registered in the land register for their wages on the property on which they have carried out the work.
The procedure is two-stage. In a first step, the builder’s lien is provisionally registered; in a second step, the definitive registration must be sued for. At the same time, the building craftsman’s claim is also asserted.
