of employment"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>I advise and represent employees and employers on terminating the employment relationship and in disputes arising from the termination as well as on termination agreements.<\/p>\n\n<p>If a dispute arises in connection with the termination of the employment relationship, I support employees and employers in finding a fair solution.<\/p>\n\n<p>If an amicable solution cannot be reached, I also represent employees and employers in asserting or defending their claims in court.<\/p>\n\n<p>Possible disputes in connection with the termination of wage supplements, wage deductions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taking holidays or monetary compensation of holidays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claims for damages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return obligations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interim reference, reference letter, confirmation of employment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-competition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>If the employment relationship is terminated by mutual agreement, the rights and duties of
