I will coordinate the procedure with you. <\/p>\n\n<p>The procedure depends on the basis of the claim and which documents and evidence are available (judgement\/decision, contract, acknowledgement of debt). <\/p>\n\n<p>In any case, an attempt is made to reach an amicable payment agreement with the debtor. Possibly the debtor is willing to repay the debt in instalments. In this case, an instalment payment agreement is concluded.
