termination of the employment relationship, I assist employees and employers in negotiating and formulating the termination agreement.<\/p>\n\n<p>I advise and support companies based abroad that deploy employees to Switzerland to carry out an assignment in drawing up the necessary supplementary agreements (secondment agreement, supplementary agreement to the employment contract on compliance
