In detailed commercial leases the conditions for subletting and refusal of consent are often already defined. However, the fulfilment of the conditions can be unclear and contentious.<\/p>\n\n<p>The sublease must be agreed in a sublease agreement. For evidentiary reasons, a written sublease agreement is recommended.
