The tenant is liable for any damage to the rental object. If the residential or commercial premises are not returned on time, the landlord may apply for eviction. <\/p>\n\n<p>The landlord can seek eviction in summary proceedings (clear right) or in ordinary proceedings (simplified proceedings\/ordinary proceedings). <\/p>\n\n<p>Which procedure is appropriate depends on the specific circumstances of the individual case.
