In a first step, the builder\u2019s lien is provisionally registered; in a second step, the definitive registration must be sued for. At the same time, the building craftsman\u2019s claim is also asserted. <\/p>\n\n<p>If you are a builder, I advise and represent you in the registration of builder\u2019s liens.
